What did we do?

• Hold multiple meetings on core areas of the project that will be improved or built upon, such as math fixes.

What are you going to do?

• Go over the new information from our key meetings and estimate our deliverables
• Finish our deliverables for the current sprint that include fixes on various bugs to the project and improving project maintainability

What is holding us up?

• Nothing major at this moment, there is plenty to work on.
• Some additional communication may be needed for items like ICC Max, but that will be tackled when that work item is picked up.

What risks do we see?

• Some team members are working on larger items which may create some difficulty for them. We plan on working with the sponsors and each other to make sure we can stay on track with this larger items.
